• High-waist jacket has decorative buttons and a split tail in back
• Epaulets fasten to jacket shoulders and have fringe and decorative buttons
• Vest and sash are separate pieces from the jacket
• Buttons on vest are decorative 
• Elastic waistband pants are knicker-length, meant to be worn under tall boot covers
• Hat is lined with polyurethane foam
• Soft vinyl boot covers fasten underneath with elastic strap
